Happy New Year everyone! It's hard to believe 2019 is here! With the new year it's always exciting to have a fresh start and set new goals. I always take some time during the last few days of the year to reflect on my past goals + accomplishments and come up with new goals for the year ahead. I like to write down my resolutions on paper and place them in a spot (usually on a wall in my office) where I can revisit them everyday. Having a constant visual reminder of my goals help me stick to them throughout the year.
I thought I would share with you guys some of my New Year's Resolutions - let me know yours in the comments!
Work/Life balance. This is something very challenging for me, but this year I want to focus on having a better balance.
Eat clean, be healthy. I started the BBG workout program last year and loved it! So this new year I am making the commitment to continue working out and eating healthy.
Blog more. I’m really enjoying blogging at the moment and want to blog as much as I can this year.
Stress Less. Life gets so busy and with so many deadlines and things to do I feel like 24 hours is never enough. Take deep breaths, relax, and get perspective.
