I had a very fashionable Sunday in Wynwood with my yogi friend Nathalie, who is my yoga instructor and a very close friend of mine. Because of her I started practicing yoga months ago and have become much more flexible and active. Many of you have asked how I maintain my body in shape, well this is how I do it. I practice yoga at least 3 times a week and try to eat healthy. Everyone has their own way to workout, I find that yoga suits my lifestyle and personality. Stay active! Your body will be thankful.

Tuve un domingo de moda en Wynwood con mi amiga Nathalie, que es mi instructora de yoga y una amiga muy cercana. Por ella comenze a practicar yoga hacen meses y por ello soy mucho mas flexible y activa. Muchos de ustedes han preguntado como mantengo mi cuerpo en forma, asi es como lo hago. Practico yoga por lo menos 3 veces a la semana y trato de comer sano. Cada uno tiene su propia manera de hacer ejercicio, me parece que el yoga se adapta a mi estilo de vida y personalidad. Matengansen activos! Su cuerpo estara agradecido.
